The Portland Rose Festival has been around for more than 100 years, with parades, carnival rides, dragon boat races, rose garden contests, and much more. From May through June, it’s an unavoidable city-wide celebration — in a good way :)

This series was inspired some of the places and things I love most about my hometown (and where I still live!) of Portland, Oregon.
