Breathing is one of those things we take for granted, it’s just happening. But in any kind of meditative practice, it’s alllll about breath. Let’s let this piece help us remember to take a couple of mindful moments to drop our worries, take a breath of fresh air and celebrate just being alive.

This piece is part of my Color Space series, which explores the meaning-making & meditative properties of form and color. The images in the series are meant to invite us to move for a moment to a different space, to take a breath, to re-center, re-imagine and restore; to create new thoughts and new perspectives.
